The everyday problem

Most extra work isn't a dispute. It's a decision nobody wrote down.

Not every request is chargeable, and treating clients as adversaries costs more than the work. What breaks is the link between what was agreed and what's being asked for now.

  1. 01 · solidThe agreementTwo revision rounds. Logo suite, guidelines, six social templates. Packaging not included.
  2. 02 · dottedThe requestArrives in a call, an email, a comment on a PDF — or a WhatsApp at 9pm.
  3. 03 · dottedThe questionIs it included? A revision? A fix you owe them? Or genuinely new work?
  4. 04 · dashedThe decisionDo it as agreed, ask a question, or propose a priced change the client can accept or decline.
How it works

One record from agreement to invoice.

Each step feeds the next, so you can always answer: what did they buy, what's changed, who decides next, and what's it worth.

  1. Step 1

    Turn the agreement into scope

Import your proposal or contract. Hali extracts deliverables, quantities, exclusions and revision rounds. You verify each one before it counts.

  2. Step 2

Log every request against a deliverable

Clients send feedback in their portal. Your team logs what comes by email or WhatsApp. Everything lands on the right deliverable and round.

  3. Step 3

    Hali checks it. You decide.

Hali compares the request with the verified scope and shows the evidence. It suggests; it never classifies, prices or sends anything on its own.

  4. Step 4

    Clients approve changes properly

A plain-language change order with the fee and delivery impact. The client approves with an email code — no account needed.

  5. Step 5

    Nothing approved goes unbilled

Approved changes move to your billable register: in progress, delivered, ready to invoice. Hali works alongside your accounting tool.

For your clients

Clear for clients. Never confrontational.

Clients see your brand, not ours. Every proposed change explains why, what it costs and how it affects timing — and says plainly that declining is fine.

  • No account — secure links from your emails
  • One place for feedback, by deliverable
  • Ask a question before deciding
  • A receipt of every decision they make

Trust

You can always tell what's agreed from what's suggested.

The line around every record tells you how certain it is. It works in black and white, and it never changes without a recorded decision.

solid lineRecordedVerified scope, approvals and deliveries — with who, when, which version and how they confirmed.
  • Agreements are versioned, never overwritten
  • Approvals bind to the exact version the client saw

  • Each agency's data is isolated
  • Hali never processes or collects payments

Works with how you work

Keep designing where you design.

Send work for review from Canva, an upload, a staging link or a photo of a printed proof. Hali keeps the record; your tools keep the craft. Your clients never need a Canva seat.

Questions agencies ask

Does Hali decide what's chargeable?

No. Hali shows what the agreement says and what the request asks for. You decide — included, a revision, a correction you owe, or a priced change.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They use secure links from your emails and confirm important decisions with a one-time code sent to their email.

Do we have to use Canva?

No. Canva is optional per engagement, even per deliverable. Work can arrive as an upload, a link or a note about a printed proof, and the commercial record works the same way.

Will it replace my project management or invoicing tool?

No. Hali tracks the commercial record — scope, changes, approvals and what's ready to invoice. Keep your task and accounting tools.

What about projects already running?

Upload the agreement, verify the scope, and start from there. You don't need to start from an enquiry.

How much does it cost?

Hali is working with a small group of pilot agencies first. Pricing will be published before general launch.

Join the pilot

Hali is onboarding a small group of independent studios. You get hands-on setup, a direct line to the team, and founding terms.

  • Set up your page and first engagement together
  • Bring an existing project — the team imports the agreement
  • Shape what gets built next

These details are used only to contact you about the pilot, and deleted after 12 months if you don't join. See the Privacy Policy.
